Top 5 questions
On the website you can click on 'Profile' at the top right of the page.
You can choose between 2 options:
- 'Login'
If you have already created an account in the past - 'Register'
If you want to create an account
If you want to create an account, choose 'Register' You then have to fill in the requested information and click on 'Complete my registration'. When this step is completed you will be logged in to our website and you will be directed to the "My account" page. You will also receive an e-mail with confirmation of the registration of your account. Via this link you will be able to confirm your e-mail address.
You can only change your data in the "My Account" category when you are logged in.
At the top right (right along the shopping cart), click on 'Profile'. You will be taken to the page where you can log in with your email address and password. You will then automatically access your data. The data is divided into several parts:
- Log in details
- Personal details
- Address
- Delivery address
Are these incorrect? You can click "Modify" under each part of the data. In this way you adjust the data step by step. When you have changed your details, do not forget to click "Modify my details" at the bottom. Only when you do this will your new data be saved.
Have you already created an account?
If you have forgotten the password for youraccount, click "Profile" at the top right. (right along the shopping cart)
You will then be taken to the page where you can choose to log in or register. Under the login option you can click "Forgotten your password?" When you have done this, you can request a new password by entering your e-mail address and confirming it. When you click on 'Request new password', further instructions will be sent by e-mail to the specified e-mail address.
